We recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the mountains - a beautiful and peaceful location. the rooms were spacious, and had lovely large baths, but I was disappointed that our room lacked a balcony. the staff were friendly though, and the traditional Bulgarian breakfast was both tasty and filling.
The staff had very little knowledge of English, which made communication a frustrating experience.

The hotel is beautifully isolated in a picturesque forest, offering glorious scenery and serene tranquility. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and include a lounge area and a luxurious bath. Magnificent walks can be found in the surrounding area. The staff is accommodating and the food delicious, with a lively atmosphere during events.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable lounge area and a luxurious bath for relaxation. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area through the magnificent walks available. The staff was accommodating and the food was delicious, with a wide selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.

The room was spacious and had a clean layout. the food was delicious and enjoyable. One of the great aspects of this hotel was the surrounding nature, with a beautiful landscape and many outdoor activities available.
The staff lacked English language skills making communication a problem. the location was not easily accessible, and navigating to it was a bit challenging.

During Easter, we stayed at a mountain spa hotel and loved the peacefulness and scenery around it. The large and tidy rooms had stunning views of the mountains. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight and greatly enjoyed by all. The numerous hiking trails in the forest surrounding the hotel were perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
The language barrier made it difficult for us to communicate with the staff and get information about nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the food was pricey and we found it to be quite bland.
